Would someone remind me...

again what I should be doing to get ready for Whitaker's arrival?

This pregnancy has flown by and now at 33 weeks, I'm beginning to realize I've not even thought about what I need. I know when I was pregnant with Jackson his nursery had already been decorated, furniture bought, baby registry list had long been completed and friends had already planned my baby showers and invitations had been sent out.

As Haviland and Bennett followed, I guess I had all the necessities, and I still registered but this time around it seems like I should have everything, right?

Actually, as I was in the shower I made a mental checklist of a few things I need to do:

  • pull down baby clothes and see what will do (Jackson and Bennett were spring babies so Whitaker will fall directly opposite season-wise) and find somewhere to put his clothes- our closets are stuffed as it is
  • get nursing pads, nursing bras - hate to admit it but with Bennett I never bought any nursing bras and just made do with the regular ones I had (not the most comfortable thing)
  • check into the possibility of a birth photographer- I would love to have some great newborn shots
  • change pediatricians- I've been meaning to do this for quite some time and having Whitaker's upcoming arrival will help me with a deadline

Not exactly the most exciting to-do list but it's a place to start and since I'm horrible at actually writing lists this is pretty impressive! :)

Hey Kel, I hear ya there. I wasn't ready for Elijah at all either...A few suggestions...I'd get some of those Nursing Cami's from Target they are only like $17 and VERY helpful! And ya know, Mikey came complete opposite season as Josh, but for some reason...I didn't need to buy hardly any clothes for him. He fit into what I had. It was a Great thing! God is good. He will provide.

I so know the feeling!! I registered as soon as I found out what we were having with the others. Now I don't even know where to start!

Well you know I have three boys worth of boy clothes, so whatever you're missing, you can probably find in one of my 19 nicely labeled storage bins (unfortunately, I'm not kidding). LOL! :) I can't wait for all of these babies to arrive!!!
