We made it home safe and sound! I've spent this morning unpacking and it only took 15 minutes. How so fast you may ask?
Well, after 23 1/2 hours of travel, mistakenly leaving behind our stroller, one cancelled flight, four different airports, three different airplanes on two different airlines, and being rerouted to a different airport, we arrived to find that only one of our four bags made it to Augusta with us. That makes it pretty simple, huh? :)
In all honesty, Simon and I just could not keep from commenting how blessed we were all day. Yes, we were exhausted and at one point I wanted to lie down in the middle of the terminal and cry, but the Lord somehow maintained our joy in the midst of it all. The kids were FANTASTIC! Not a single meltdown, case of whining or fighting. Even normal days aren't that conflict-free. I can say that I was by far the most bothered by it all which did have a lot to do with lots of Braxton Hick contractions, Baby Graham constantly kicking me in the ribs, and me not being able to find a comfortable position sitting for so many hours. Yes, there is a reason not to travel in your third trimester even if you're healthy. :)
I have tons of pictures to post and will hopefully do so this afternoon if we haven't all crashed from jet lag. We got to bed at 1am and still since our body clocks are so off, we were all up by 6:30am.
Lord, thank You that even in the midst of plans that go awry, You are so real and present. We can call on You for peace and joy that surpasses all understanding. Thank you, Jehovah Jirah, for providing all we need! Amen

Oh Kelli!! I am glad through all that craziness you stayed calm. And I can't believe that only one bag made it home! What a mess. The Lord is great though isn't he? He kept the kids calm for you so that you wouldn't loose it in the airport! Praise Him!
