A sweet day with sweet rolls

I came across this recipe for whole wheat cinnamon rolls and I thought, "Should I even try? Do I dare attempt to make anything as good as cinnamon rolls even slightly healthy?"

In my experience recipes like these tend to flop, but this was a pleasant exception. I made these on Sunday night and besides the one three I ate fresh out of the oven, we reheated these and ate them on Valentines Day for breakfast.
