Prayer Request

I received this email from friends of ours that are part of a crisis response team. Please keep them in prayer as they minister God's love and hope in the midst of darkness. Since I love to have a face with a name when I'm praying, here's a picture of David and Jamie with their children and grandchildren.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

We are writing to request prayers coverage for ourselves and the people of Bridgeville, PA.

I assume most of you have heard of the recent tragic shooting at the LA fitness center near Pittsburgh, PA. The AACC was asked by a local church to send a crisis response team for a prayer vigil tomorrow night at 7 p.m. in the parking lot of the fitness center, and we were contacted to go. It is an honor to serve Jesus in this way, but a grievous service that we live in a day and age that needs crisis response teams. It is with very mixed feelings that we go - a desire to be used for His glory, and trepidation that we live in such perilous times with so much random pain.

Please pray for us and the community so devastated by this tragic event.

*Pray for the families that lost loved ones, and those who are injured.
*Pray that we will be effectual in ministering Christ's presence as only He can bring healing.
*Pray that Pastor Jonathan Fehl has the anointed words of God to share with his community.
*Pray that the Great Physician, and Comforter surround the place with his love and grace and that he will bring light out of this darkness.

And when you are done praying, please pray some more.

If we have a chance, we will update our web page blog late tomorrow night.

In His Service,
David and Jamie Grubb
